Like his namesake, Traffic Ramaswamy (SAC) is a social activist, and the film starts with actor VijaySethupathi reciting his biography “One Man Army.” The story unfolds as he flips through the pages, and you can’t help but sit up. Ramaswamy is struck by a motorized fish cart, assaulted by thugs, and dumped in a gutter. Then we meet his wife (Rohini), son-in-law (Chethan), and his tiny granddaughter, who looks up to him at all times.
