Since the project was announced, the filming of Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vikram,’ helmed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, has been moving at a rapid speed. While we previously reported that the fourth and final schedule of filming had began in Coimbatore, the newest information indicates that the team is now filming in Dharavi, Mumbai.
According to reports, the cast and crew will return to Coimbatore shortly to film sequences starring Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil. The film, which was originally scheduled for a March, 2022 release, has been delayed to a summer release after the plan to wrap up the shooting by December fell through after Ulaganayagan was down with COVID 19 for a few days.
In ‘Vikram,’ Kamal Haasan is supposed to portray a cop, while Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi play pivotal parts and will share screen space for the first time with the renowned actor.
The action thriller ‘Vikram’ is believed to be written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, with music by Anirudh Ravichander. The film also has a diverse group of actors, including Arjun Das, Kalidas Jayaram, Narain, Shivani, and Myna Nandhini, among others. Meanwhile, the identities of a new cast of characters have been released for the film.
