The top ten series on this list were chosen from IMDb’s Top 250 TV list, which was compiled by the website based on user ratings. The list only includes fiction shows from throughout the world. The programs display on the website in the same sequence from top to bottom but have distinct worldwide rankings that change over time.

10. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, a Japanese anime series, had a brief run in the late 1990s. The plot follows two brothers who desire to repair their bodies after their attempt to bring their mother back to life ends horribly. It is based on Hiromu Arakawa’s comic series Fullmetal Alchemist.
